Made with a layer of steel wire armoured (SWA), polyethylene (XLPE) thermosetting insulation, and hard-wearing PVC, these armoured cables can withstand twisting, crushing, impacts, temperature extremes, moisture, chemical hazards, and more. Construction
Description: NA2XRY, XLPE Insulated Copper Power Cable
Conductors:Class 1 or Class 2 of plain Aluminum,or of Class 5 of plain aluminum in accordance with IEC 60228.
Insulation Colour:Natural or as required
Filler: Non-hygroscopic Material
Inner Sheath: Polyvinyl Chloride PVC
Colour of Sheath: Black
Voltage Rating (Uo/U): 600/1000V
Test Voltage: 3.5kV for 5 minutes
Physical Properties
Maximal operating conductor Temperature: up to 70℃(PVC insulation); up to 90℃(XLPE insulation)
Operating Temperature Range: -5℃(PVC or LSZH sheath); -20℃(PE sheath)
Short Circuit Temperature(5 seconds maximum duration): 140℃-160℃(PVC insulation);250℃(XLPE insulation)
